Bill Kerby has over 27 years of experience in the travel and media industries, preceded by 10 years of experience in financial industry. Key milestones include the founding of one of the largest video creation companies in the North American real estate industry; R&R Television Network, with distribution into 34 million households; TravelByUs, a small-cap NASDAQ company that completed 21 travel industry-related acquisitions; and Leisure Canada, with 210 agencies, international tour operations in Great Britain, France, South Africa and the South Pacific, travel magazines and a Cuban hotel development. Prior to this he held and operated the master franchise for Thrifty Car Rental – B.C. Kerby holds a Specialized Honors Economics Degree York University.

Omar Jimenez

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Monaker Group.  Mr. Jimenez, is an operationally-oriented executive with over 33 years of multi-industry experience in building, strengthening and leading national and multinational, public and private companies that were in various degrees of corporate maturity including start-up, stable, high growth or turnaround status.  Mr. Jimenez is CPA, CGMA and a CPCU with an MBA.  He has been involved with a number of public offerings and placements (and responsible for regulatory reporting) in the U.S. and in the U.K. In addition, he has participated in other venues to raise funds (e.g. debt, equity, joint venture, etc.). Mr. Jimenez has held a variety of senior financial management positions including CFO at EpiCenter Development, a real estate developer with combined projects amounting to $6 billion, and President  & CFO at American Leisure, with listings on the NASDAQ and London Stock Exchange focusing on leisure and business travel, hospitality & hotels, call centers and real estate development. Mr. Jimenez also served as Director of Operations for US Installation Group, Inc., a selling and installation group for The Home Depot, and CFO and VP of Onyx Group, Inc. a conglomerate with over 700 employees and annual revenues exceeding $400 million. Mr. Jimenez holds a B.B.A in Accounting and a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Miami and an M.B.A from Florida International University.

Commissioner and Vice-President of the Duluth Economic Development Authority (Duluth Mayor appointee). President of the Monaco Air Foundation, Chairman of the Miller-Dwan Foundation, Treasurer of Honor Flight Northland, Treasurer of the Duluth Aviation Institute, Co-Chair of the Northern Aero Alliance, a Director for the Destination Duluth non-profit corporation, a member of the Duluth Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee.

With close to $18 billion in global billings, 4,600 employees, and 116 offices in 89 countries, Mediacom provides and specializes in business-building media solutions for some of the world’s largest, well-known advertisers. Previous to Mediacom, Doug started his career in a media company in Toronto, Canada, and was a partner when the company was acquired by Grey Worldwide and the WPP • Assisting in the design and implementation of all Web, Media and Advertising programs for Monaker’s Travel divisions.

Monaker Launches NextTrip Website and Mobile App Featuring 1.2 Million Instantly Bookable Vacation Rental Properties

WESTON, FL – May 25, 2017 – Monaker Group (OTCQB: MKGI), has launched NextTrip, a new travel website and companion mobile app featuring instant Alternative Lodging Rentals (ALRs). The new releases of the NextTrip mobile app for iOS and Android are available for download today.

The site and mobile app features more than 1.2 million instantly-bookable ALR properties:

  • ‍200,000 hotels, 400 airlines, all major car rental companies, and 10,000 tourist activities. 
  • Most of the ALR properties are initially available in prime locations in Europe, Asia, and South America in anticipation of partner and customer demand, with an additional 1 million contracted properties being on boarded to fill out.
  • Our North America and the Caribbean presence over the next several months.
